About me

Many years ago I discovered Qi Gong as a support on my personal healing journey. I was looking for a practice that would help me learn to relax, let go of control, feel more grounded and centered in my body. My first experience with Qi Gong was during a retreat on a small Scottish island. It made me aware of how much tension I was holding and how necessary it was for me reconnect with my body in a way that wasn’t striving and goal oriented. I continued taking classes and was fortunate to learn from very skilled and embodied teachers in different countries.

Qi Gong developed into an ongoing journey of learning to experience my body in a new way, one that allows me to be in a reciprocal relationship with it instead of driving and pushing it to fulfil the demands of my mind.

It became clear to me that I would like to support others in experiencing the benefits of this gentle practice. In 2019 I trained with the Medizin und Lebenskunst Akademie in Munich to become a certified medical Qi Gong teacher and continued a private teacher training with Marika Jetelina in Germany. In 2021 I completed a 200 hour instructor training with Holden Qi Gong.
